Space Math data deletion request

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with Snackpack Space Math, a maths and space learning app published by SnackPack Studios.

Space Math is a local-first app with no accounts and no backend for learning data. Quiz best scores, unlocked zones, badges, collected cards, streak history, preferences, the birth year entered on the age screen, and the Parent Zone PIN are all stored on the device and are never sent to SnackPack Studios. You can remove all of it yourself, without contacting anyone, by using the reset option in the app's Settings, by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

The current version of the app has no in-app purchases and no purchase-management service, so there is no purchase record to delete. In practice the only information that can exist off your device is any support email you have chosen to send us.

Delete your data yourself

  1. In the app: open Settings and use the reset option to clear progress.
  2. On Android: open Settings → Apps → Space Math → Storage, then choose "Clear storage" to remove everything the app has saved.
  3. Uninstall: removing the app deletes its local storage, including all progress, the stored birth year, and the Parent Zone PIN.

How to request deletion by email

  1. Email: send a request to privacy@snackpackuniverse.com with the subject "Space Math data deletion request".
  2. Identify the app: include "Snackpack Space Math" and the platform you used, such as Android / Google Play.
  3. Say what you want removed: for example, previous support correspondence. Do not send payment card details or other sensitive information.
  4. Verification: SnackPack Studios may ask for enough information to match the request to the correspondence in question before deleting it.

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data kept or controlled elsewhere

  • Local app data: progress, badges, collected cards, streak history, preferences, the stored birth year, and the Parent Zone PIN live on your device. Remove them using the reset option in Settings, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app. SnackPack Studios has no copy to delete.
  • Platform records: Google Play and the App Store retain install and, where applicable, purchase records under their own policies. SnackPack Studios cannot delete records held by Google or Apple.
  • Support emails: emails you send to SnackPack Studios may be retained separately for support, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes where we are required or permitted to keep them.
