1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using a SnackPack Universe app or service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the apps on behalf of a child, family member, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.
2. Who we are
SnackPack Universe apps are developed by SnackPack Studios. In app stores, the developer account may be listed as SnackPack Universe. For support or legal questions, contact privacy@snackpackuniverse.com.
3. App use and family use
SnackPack apps are designed as learning and play experiences for children and families. A parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult should supervise use where appropriate. You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, copy protected content, or use the apps in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some SnackPack apps may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, free trials, or premium content. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are shown in the relevant app store or paywall before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment management are handled by the platform where you subscribed, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. To cancel, use your Google Play or Apple account subscription settings.
If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We may change subscription features or pricing in the future where permitted by platform rules and applicable law.
5. Apple App Store terms
If you download or subscribe through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement where required. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for SnackPack apps.
6. Google Play terms
If you download or subscribe through Google Play, your purchase and subscription management are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms, payment policies, and refund rules. Google Play may handle billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, receipts, and refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
7. Content and intellectual property
SnackPack names, characters, artwork, text, sounds, app designs, and other content are owned by SnackPack Studios or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the apps for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the apps or their content except where allowed by law.
8. Privacy
Your use of SnackPack apps is also covered by our privacy policies. The main privacy hub is available at https://www.snackpackuniverse.com/privacy/, with separate privacy pages for individual apps where needed.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, improve, remove, or discontinue app features from time to time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, app store availability, internet access, operating system support, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.
10. Disclaimers and liability
SnackPack apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We aim to provide high-quality learning experiences, but we do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual learning need. To the extent permitted by law, SnackPack Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the apps.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of SnackPack apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
