How to request deletion
- Email: Send a request to privacy@snackpackuniverse.com with the subject "Badgify data deletion request".
- Identify the app: Include "Badgify" and the platform you used, such as Android / Google Play or iOS / App Store.
- Include purchase details if relevant: If you made an in-app purchase, include the approximate purchase date, product purchased, and any Google Play or App Store order identifier you can access. Do not send payment card details.
- Verification: SnackPack Studios may ask for enough information to match the request to the RevenueCat purchase or entitlement record before deletion.
Data deleted
After a verified request, SnackPack Studios will request deletion of the Badgify RevenueCat purchase or entitlement record associated with your device or purchase. This may include product identifiers, transaction information, the app user identifier generated for purchase handling, and the device identifier used for fraud prevention and purchase restoration.
Verified RevenueCat deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data kept or controlled elsewhere
- Local app data: Certificate history, favorites, names, award text, template selections, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Delete them in Badgify's settings where available, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.
- Exported certificates: Certificates you saved to your photo library, files, cloud storage, messages, or other apps are controlled by you and those services. Delete those copies wherever you saved or shared them.
- Platform purchase records: Google Play and the App Store retain purchase records under their own policies. SnackPack Studios cannot delete records held by Google or Apple.
- Support emails: Emails you send to SnackPack Studios may be retained separately for support, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
