Badgify

This Privacy Policy applies to Badgify, a mobile app published by SnackPack Studios. Badgify lets you create and export certificates and awards from a library of templates, with an optional one-time Pro unlock.

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to Badgify on Android and iOS. The app does not require an account, does not use third-party advertising, and does not require sign-in to create or export certificates.

Information the app handles

  • Certificate history and favorites: The app stores a local log of recently exported certificates (recipient name, award line, sender name, date) and a list of favorited templates on your device, so you can quickly reuse or find them again.
  • Preferences: The app stores settings such as which templates you've unlocked and any single-certificate watermark-removal credits on your device.
  • Photos and files: When you save or share a finished certificate, the app requests photo-library access to save the image, or uses the system share sheet. The app does not read your photo library for any other purpose.
  • Purchase status: The optional Full Library Unlock (Pro) and Single Certificate Unlock purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store) and RevenueCat. SnackPack Studios does not receive your payment card details.
  • Support contact information: If you email support, your email address and the information you include may be received and retained for support purposes.

Information the app does not collect

  • No account required: Badgify does not require sign-in.
  • No third-party ads: The app does not show third-party advertising and blocks the Android advertising identifier permission.
  • No sale of personal information: SnackPack Studios does not sell personal information.
  • No server-side storage of your certificates: Certificate content (names, award text) stays on your device — it is not uploaded to or stored on SnackPack Studios' servers.

How information is used

  • To operate the app: including certificate history, favorites, and unlock/credit status.
  • To deliver paid features: including unlocking, restoring, and validating the Pro entitlement or a single-certificate credit.
  • To provide support: if you contact SnackPack Studios directly.

Retention and choices

  • Local app data: You can clear certificate history and favorites in the app's settings, or remove all local app data by clearing storage or uninstalling the app.
  • Photo access: You can change photo-library permission at any time in your device settings.
  • Purchases: You can manage and restore purchases through your Google Play or App Store account, or the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
  • Support emails: You can choose whether to contact SnackPack Studios by email.

Requesting data deletion

Badgify stores certificate history, favorites, template choices, and export-related preferences locally on your device. You can delete this local data in Badgify's settings where available, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.

For purchase-related data handled off-device, use the dedicated Badgify data deletion request page: https://www.snackpackuniverse.com/privacy/badgify/data-deletion/. You can also email privacy@snackpackuniverse.com and include "Badgify data deletion request" in the subject.

What this covers: the RevenueCat purchase/entitlement record associated with your device, including product identifiers, transaction information, the app user identifier generated for purchase handling, and the device identifier used for fraud prevention and purchase restoration, will be deleted from RevenueCat within 30 days of a verified request. Google Play and App Store purchase records are retained and managed by those platforms under their own policies and cannot be deleted by SnackPack Studios. Support emails may be retained separately for recordkeeping.

Platform services

Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, and similar platform services may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, IP address, diagnostics, or purchase receipts as needed to operate their services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

Children's privacy

Badgify is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and the effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
