123 Learn to Count

This Privacy Policy applies to SnackPack 123: Learn to Count, a child-focused learning app published by SnackPack Studios. It explains what information the app handles, how that information is used, and what choices parents and users have.

Effective date: August 20, 2026

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to Snackpack 123 Learn to Count. If you use this app, this page describes how information related to your use of the app may be collected, stored, processed, or shared.

Information the app may handle

  • App progress and preferences: Learning progress, completed activities, achievements, streaks, settings, notification choices and similar app state are stored locally on the device.
  • Age setting: A birth year may be stored securely on the device to support age-appropriate parent controls. It is not used to create an account and is not sent to SnackPack Studios.
  • Purchase information: Google Play and RevenueCat may process the product purchased, transaction and entitlement status, an anonymous app user identifier and technical diagnostics needed to complete or restore a purchase.
  • Support contact information: If you email SnackPack Studios for support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include.

Information the app does not require

  • No SnackPack account: Core learning use does not require a name, email address, profile or login.
  • No ads or advertising identifier: The app displays no third-party advertising and does not request Android's advertising ID permission.
  • No behavioural analytics or cross-app tracking: The app does not transmit learning progress, activity history, settings or session counters for behavioural analytics.
  • No camera, microphone, contacts or location: The app does not request these permissions.
  • No payment-card details collected by SnackPack: The optional one-time full-library purchase is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. SnackPack Studios does not receive or store card details.

How information may be used

  • To operate the app: including saving progress, preferences, and app state.
  • To maintain and improve the app: including fixing bugs, diagnosing crashes, and improving stability.
  • To respond to support requests: if you contact SnackPack Studios directly.

Local storage

Snackpack 123 Learn to Count is expected to rely primarily on local, on-device storage for core app state unless a future release adds optional online features. Locally stored information generally remains on your device until you remove it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Purchases and third-party services

Optional full-library purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. RevenueCat is configured without a SnackPack login, so it generates an anonymous app user identifier on the device. These providers may process that identifier, product and entitlement information, transaction details and technical diagnostics needed to complete, verify or restore purchases. SnackPack Studios does not receive a child's payment-card details. Google Play and RevenueCat handle this information under their own privacy terms.

Notifications

If a parent enables notifications, the app schedules local learning reminders on the device. The app requests notification permission and lets users disable reminders through app or device settings. SnackPack Studios does not use a SnackPack server to send behavioural marketing notifications.

Children's privacy

SnackPack 123: Learn to Count is designed for children and family use. SnackPack Studios does not sell personal information, show interest-based ads, require a child account, transmit learning progress for behavioural analytics or use advertising identifiers. Purchase, notification and account-changing actions are intended for adults and use the app's parent controls. This policy remains accessible from the store listing and the app's Settings screen.

Sharing and disclosure

SnackPack Studios does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate purchases through Google Play and RevenueCat, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or answer support messages.

Retention and security

Learning progress and settings remain on the device until they are reset in the app, cleared through device settings or removed by uninstalling the app. Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed to provide and restore purchases and meet their legal obligations. Support emails may be retained for follow-up and recordkeeping. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information handled by SnackPack Studios.

Your choices

  • Progress data: Progress can be reset inside the app. All locally stored data can also be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
  • Notifications: Local learning reminders are optional and can be disabled in the app or device settings.
  • Purchases: A grown-up may use the visible restore action to restore a prior purchase made with the same store account.
  • Support: Contacting SnackPack Studios by email is optional.

Requesting data deletion

Use the in-app progress reset, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove locally stored learning data and settings. For a request concerning a RevenueCat purchase or entitlement record, email privacy@snackpackuniverse.com with enough purchase information for us to locate and verify the record. We will action an eligible request within 30 days.

Google Play keeps purchase records under Google's own legal and account-retention requirements; SnackPack Studios cannot erase records controlled solely by Google. Deleting a RevenueCat record may affect the ability to restore access unless the store transaction can be matched again.

Platform-specific privacy requirements

Snackpack 123 Learn to Count is being prepared for distribution on Google Play and may also be submitted to the Apple App Store. For Apple review, the iOS build is expected to keep its app-level privacy manifest current for any required-reason APIs used by shipped dependencies such as preferences storage, secure local storage, timing, file access, or similar system APIs. If platform-specific privacy practices differ in future releases, this page and the related store disclosures will be updated accordingly.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and the effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
